Deposit: For all reservations from 8 persons, a 100% deposit of the estimated total amount will be asked. This payment can be made by bank transfer or with a credit card authorization form mentioning the name of the credit card owner, the credit card number and the expiration date sent by fax at: 01 44 77 10 65, not by e-mail for safety concerns. The deadline for the deposit will figure on your pro forma invoice, that you will have to send us back signed (service and tax included).
Balance: Extra consumptions must be paid at the restaurant, the day of the event.
Cancellation: for any cancellation before 5 working of the event, the full prepayment will be kept by the hotel.
Delegates: please let us know the exact number of delegates at least 5 working days prior the event. If not, we will charge for the number of delegates you mentioned at the reservation. Rates and offers can be changed depending on the additional information you may give.
Menu selection: a unique menu has to be communicated minimum 5 working days in advance. If not, we will not be able to guarantee the availability of the products. All our meats are from the European community.
