Florence Lesage, Pastry Chef of the hotel, under the direction of Chef David Réal, unveils her new Easter creation.
She finds her inspiration in the savannah and for the occasion imagines an elegant Feather Toucan surrounded by banana leaves and bright colorful flowers. This exotic and gourmet creation is 100% chocolate (dark, milk and white) and is made only from natural dyes.
Available on order only, to be withdrawn within the hotel The Westin Paris-Vendôme from April 10th to 22nd 2019.
